10월 6일에 주문했던 상품을 10월 13일에 다 취소 했어요. 시간이 벌써 많이 지났는데 주문이 어떻게 됐는지 제발 좀 알려주세요. 제대로 취소 됐는지 모르겠고 언제 환불해주실 건지도 모르겠고요. 그러니까 상황이 돌아가고 있는지 알려주시고 환불도 해주세요! 돈만 뺏어가시면 어떡해요......

    Spam 저기요...... 너무한 거 아니에요? 이메일을 3번이나 보내드렸는데 답장 안 하시길래 여기서 문의를 올렸는데 여전하네요. 제발 대답해주시라구요. 환불 안 해주시면 신용카드 회사를 통해서 환불을 받아야겠어요. 제가 외국에 살고 있기 때문에 전화를 못 해서 이래요.... 여기 고객 서비스는 정말 최악이네요

    Spam 인스타에서 dm까지 보냈는데 역시 대답이 없네요. 환.불.해.주.세.요. 해외에서 주문하시고 싶으신 분들, 절대 여기서 주문하지 않길 바랍니다. I’ve honestly had enough and I am completely speechless that a company could have such horrible customer service and be so dysfunctional. It says that a product will be canceled within 3-5 business days but it has been 14 business days (or more). I have gotten no response regarding my order no matter how many times I contact them. I always get ignored. 何回連絡してもいつも無視されます。3週間以上たったのに返金してくれません。最惡ですね...
